Unique to our facility is a state of the art back and posture-training circuit designed by clinicians and trainers specializing in peak performance training. With our diverse variety of equipment, you can train just about any body part easily and safely to achieve a balanced healthy body We also have a well equipped spacious free weight area to balance your exercise program.

Our spacious cardio deck overlooking the gym floor is outfitted with over 24 pieces of equipment, one of the largest in the area, if not the largest! Using the most trusted brands in the industry like Life Fitness, PreCor and Sci Fit, our treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, stepper upright and recumbent bikes will support your cardiovascular conditioning goals. Flat screen color televisions and a reading library are provided upstairs for your enjoyment and education.
